Lorraine Manyk has been with the Fraipont & Manyk Team, one of the highest producing real estate teams in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows areas, for over 20 years and has been licensed since 2004. At all times, her priority is taking the very best of care of her clients’ wants and needs.
Sherry Chen – Sales Professional
Born and raised in China, schooled in Vancouver since 18, Sherry understands the art of moving. In addition to her extensive international exposure, Sherry brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing.
Janice Bublé – Team & Contact Coordinator
Janice’s friendly voice or smile is the first thing that will greet you when you call or drop in. As the team coordinator, she will see that information concerning your transaction goes to the right person and that all your requests are handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
Amanda Bublé – Marketing & Social Media Assistant
Amanda is an integral part of the team, assisting in all the administrative duties and is one of the friendly voices you will hear answering calls. She is also our online social media and marketing specialist where she creates and captures audience attention with her creativity and modern marketing “know how”.
For the last 20 years, Erinn has taken on a variety of roles in sales and customer service. Erinn views her role as a Real Estate Professional as a perfect opportunity for her to apply her many skills in helping people through the Buying and Selling Process.
