He also enjoys family time with his wife Allison and their 1 pug Joule. He enjoys spending some of his time exploring on his boat or taking drives in one of his collector cars.

Lorraine has been with the Fraipont & Manyk Real Estate Team, one of the highest producing real estate teams in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows areas, for over 20 years and has been licensed since 2004. At all times, her priority is taking the very best of care of her clients’ wants and needs.

An avid communicator, Lorraine has a remarkable ability to understand the needs of her clients. She combines that with extensive knowledge of real estate and a widespread network of contacts — an approach which has led to continued success in her career.
